SUMMARY:Independence Through Resilience - Actionable\, Attainable\, Realistic Decision-Making
DESCRIPTION:How we assess goals to see if they are actionable\, attainable\, and realistic? In this training\, participants will learn how to format their goals as SMART goals\, which will help them learn to break down goals into steps they can achieve. By participating in the training\, participants will understand what a SMART goal is and be better equipped at breaking down vague or broad goals into smaller (more specific) goals that they can achieve.
