SUMMARY:Recipes & Groceries
DESCRIPTION:Participants need to bring a recipe with them to this workshop. Participants and an MHI Advocate will review the recipe to determine which ingredients need to be purchased at the grocery store and which are already available at home. Participants will learn how to obtain information using a grocery store app. They will add needed ingredients to a grocery store cart to check store location\, stock availability\, and cost for budgeting purposes. This will help participants become more independent in determining grocery needs\, using grocery store apps\, and managing budget limits when grocery shopping.
