DESCRIPTION:Participants will help prepare Garlic-Roasted Asparagus. They will review the recipe before starting\, gather and prepare the ingredients\, follow the recipe\, and clean up steps. Participants will have a chance to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe\, which includes clean-up directions. This will better equip the individual to use their knife skills and an oven to prepare a side dish.
