SUMMARY:Cooking Class – Roasted Vegetables
DESCRIPTION:Participant will practice their knife and cooking skills by helping make roasted vegetables. They will review the recipe before starting the cooking process\, gather\, clean\, and cut ingredients\, follow recipe steps\, and clean-up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using the oven to make a side dish.
