SUMMARY:Cooking Class – Kentucky Butter Cookies
DESCRIPTION:Participants will practice their baking and cooking skills by helping make Kentucky Butter Cookies. They will review the recipe before starting the baking and cooking processes\, gather and measure ingredients\, follow recipe steps\, and clean up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using the oven and stove top to make a dessert.
