DESCRIPTION:Participants will practice their knife skills to make an Asian Salad. They will review the recipe before starting\, gather\, clean\, and cut ingredients\, follow recipe steps\, and clean up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently making a lunch/dinner or side dish.
