SUMMARY:Living Well in the Community – Building Support
DESCRIPTION:Mounting Horizons (MHI) will present Living Well in the Community (LWC) Peer Supported workshops about setting and working on quality-of-life goals. Building Support is Week 3 of 11. With MHI Facilitator support\, the Building Support session asks participants to think about possible problems\, both large and small\, that they will likely encounter as they make changes in their lives and work towards their goals. Then\, participants consider how peer\, friend\, family\, and community support can help in resolving problems and overcoming barriers. Participants then make plans for strengthening their support network while also identifying specific steps they need to take towards their goals.

They will be counting different quantities of coins and bills using their phone or a calculator.
