DESCRIPTION:During this Peer support-focused workshop\, participants will learn the difference between informal and formal supports\, identify their current supports\, decide what supports they feel they need\, and set up/share a personal support goal. By participating in this peer-focused activity\, participants will work on their social and emotional learning skills\, strengthen their self-determination skills\, and have the opportunity to share and collaborate with peers who share similar experiences to their own.
