DESCRIPTION:Youth from La Marque HS will practice their knife skills and using the microwave to make a Spaghetti Salad. They will review the steps before starting the cooking process\, gather and measure ingredients\, and clean up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using a knife and the microwave to make a Lunch\, Dinner\, or Side Dish. \n
