SUMMARY:Need a Flu or Updated COVID Vaccine
DESCRIPTION:Seniors\, people with disabilities\, and their caregivers can request assistance with getting to and from a local pharmacy for their flu and/or updated covid-19 vaccine! We’ll be providing free transportation to registered participants on Saturday\, 11-18-2023 from 10AM-1PM; the first 30 participants will receive a $15 GIFT CARD! \nTo register\, visit the sign up page on our program calendar. The deadline to sign up is November 15th at 6PM – please call us at 1-888-307-9639 if you have questions or need assistance\, due to lack of technology access! \nPlease note\, you will need to bring your insurance card with you when getting your vaccines.
