Funday Monday – Armand Bayou Nature Center’s Bayou Safari Tour

Participants will experience a guided outing observing wildlife from ABNC’s elevated boardwalk. Visit the animal ambassadors in the Environmental Learning Center. Board the electronic vehicles to explore the riparian forest down to the bayou, over to the prairie, farmhouse, and finally to the bison. Participants will have a chance to connect with peers while learning about the natural world around them. Participants are encouraged to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, bring water and insect repellent. NOTE: Parents/Caretakers planning to attend must register with MHI and with ABNC using their online link since there will be limited seating available on the tour buses. The cost is $15 per person.
