Participants will practice their knife and baking skills by helping prepare Egg Muffin Cups. They will review the recipe before starting the cooking process, gather and measure ingredients, review and use safe knife skills, follow recipe steps, and clean up directions. Participants will get to taste their finished dish and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe, including clean-up directions. This will enable the individual to be better equipped to use their knife skills independently and use the oven to prepare breakfast.
