Cooking Class with CCISD – Baked Potato

Clear Creek ISD ACES program will be collaborating with MHI to learn how to prepare and cook a potato in the microwave. They will review the recipe steps before starting the cooking process, prepare ingredients for toppings, and clean-up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using the microwave to make a Lunch, Dinner or Side Dish.
