Need a Flu or Updated COVID Vaccine

Seniors, people with disabilities, and their caregivers can request assistance with getting to and from a local pharmacy for their flu and/or updated covid-19 vaccine! We’ll be providing free transportation to registered participants on Saturday, 11-18-2023 from 10AM-1PM; the first 30 participants will receive a $15 GIFT CARD!

Please note, you will need to bring your insurance card with you when getting your vaccines.
