Objective: 1. Students will learn the vocational skills related to in-demand industries. Assessment: Participants will learn about in-demand industries relating to each of the 6 career interest sections they have been learning about. After reviewing what is in-demand, participants will circle jobs that interest them out of a list of jobs relating to those industries.

Participants will practice their cooking skills by helping make peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes.
