Funday Monday – Gripon Gardens at Lynns

Participants will meet MHI staff at Gripon Gardens to experience the magic of walking through the palapa and feeling as though they have traveled through time and landed in another world. The scenic property has unique landscaping to spark your garden inspiration. They offer plants which will thrive in our “heartiness zone,” sensory appealing water features, and a variety of pottery pots. Participants can observe the 70 pound tortoise and colorful Koi fish being fed. Everyone is encouraged to bring either water or a cold drink to enjoy while touring the garden. Participants will acquire landscaping ideas for our region of Texas while enjoying interactions with their peers
