Participants will practice their knife and cooking skills by helping make Baked Potato Chips. They will review the recipe before starting the cooking process, gather and measure ingredients, follow recipe steps, review and use safe knife skills, and clean up directions. Participants will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using their knife skills and oven to make a snack.
