Participants will practice their knife and cooking skills by helping make Coriander Roasted Carrots. They will review the recipe before starting cooking process, gather and measure ingredients, follow recipe steps, use their knife skills and clean up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using a knife, blender, and oven to make a side dish.
