
Participants will practice their knife and stovetop cooking skills to help prepare a Gluten-Free Power Pasta Salad. They will review the recipe before starting, gather and prepare the ingredients, follow the recipe, and clean up steps. Participants will have a chance to taste their finished dish and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe, which includes clean-up directions. This will enable the individual to be better equipped to independently use their knife skills and the stovetop to prepare lunch/dinner.
