Participants will be asked if they have any nut allergies prior to attending this class. Participant will practice their cooking skills by helping make peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes. They will review the recipe before starting the cooking process, gather and measure ingredients, follow recipe steps, and clean-up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions) if wanted. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using the stove top or griddle to make breakfast.
