With MHI Facilitators, during the Orientation and Goal Setting session, participants will identify how their life is now and how they would like it to be. Like most people, you probably love some parts of it and wish you could change other parts. People who work toward meaningful goals are more likely to learn and practice skills for healthy and independent living. This session helps participants identify what is important in their lives, choose achievable goals that support their life values and build their sense of fulfillment, and then write specific goal statements.
