Mounting Horizons (MHI) will present Living Well in the Community (LWC) Peer Supported workshops about setting and working on quality-of-life goals. Eating Well is Week 8 of 11. Food and nutrition play an important role on the path to goal achievement by helping people feel their best. Changing eating habits can be a challenge, but with information, resources, support and practical tools, eating well is not only possible but enjoyable. With MHI Facilitator support, in this session participants take a look at their current eating habits, how they typically feel during the day, and how they might make positive changes in their nutrition.
