Practicing Being Calm

In this workshop, participants will explore relaxation techniques designed to help ease anxiety. They will learn how to track and identify their stressors and recognize what helps them feel better. This will empower participants to become more independent in recognizing negative thought patterns and applying techniques to achieve calmness during times of stress.
