Youth Transition Program – Exploring Life After High School I

Youth at Clear Brook HS will get to dive into a game called the “College Fit” game, where they get to see what it is like to make decisions on vocational goals after high school, navigate the process of going to college for further education, and the types of careers they could receive with a degree. By participating in the game, participants will get hands on experience with implementing SMART goals in a fun format and be able to explore interests and new ideas relating to possible future choices for themselves.
