Living Well in the Community – Healthy Communications

Mounting Horizons (MHI) will present Living Well in the Community (LWC) Peer Supported workshops about setting and working on quality-of-life goals. Healthy Communication is Week 6 of 11.
Healthy communication skills are important for living well. Learning and practicing the techniques of active listening as well as the art of developing a clear message can help people get the support they need to achieve goals. With MHI Facilitator support, in this session participants think about the different components of communication, and then practice developing, delivering, and receiving clear messages.
