Cooking Class – Angel Food Cupcakes

Participants will practice their baking and decorating skills by helping prepare Angel Food Cupcakes with a Whipped Cream frosting. They will review the recipe before starting the process, gather and measure ingredients, follow recipe steps, and clean up directions. Participants will get to decorate their cupcakes with the Whipped Cream frosting they prepared before tasting the finished product. This will enable the individual to be better equipped to independently use a hand mixer and oven to prepare a dessert with fewer grams of sugar.
