Participant will practice their cooking skills by helping make healthy snacks. They will review the recipe before starting the cooking process, gather and measure ingredients, follow recipe steps, and clean-up directions. Participant will get to taste their finished product and take home a copy of the step-by-step recipe (including clean-up directions). This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently preparing healthy snacks. This class will include using a knife to cut ingredients for the recipes.
