How we assess goals to see if they are actionable, attainable, and realistic? In this training, participants will learn how to format their goals as SMART goals, which will help them learn to break down goals into steps they can achieve. We’ll work on different examples from within workspaces, in social settings, and in our personal lives, tackle activities that have us looking deeper into our interests, and end the session by having 1 to 3 goals that we want to work on in the short term. By participating in the training, participants will understand what a SMART goal is and be better equipped at breaking down vague or broad goals into smaller (more specific) goals that they can achieve.
