Living Well in the Community – Goal Setting

Mounting Horizons (MHI) will present Living Well in the Community (LWC) Peer Supported workshops about setting and working on quality-of-life goals. Goal Setting is Week 2 of 11. With MHI Facilitators, during the Goal Setting session participants will explore what might improve their quality of life. When people’s daily lives are fulfilling, they are more satisfied with life and more likely to engage in new things. This session helps participants identify what is important in their lives, choose achievable goals that support their life values and build their sense of fulfillment, and then write specific goal statements.
