What does accountability mean and what does it look like? How do you find and choose an accountability partner? What about a mentor? We’ll answer these questions and more in today’s training. Using activities, videos, and discussion, participants will learn the importance of accountability in adult life and the impacts our decisions can make on our day-to-day living and professional lives. By participating in this training, participants will have increased confidence in asking for help from their peers, finding and being a mentor in the workplace, and with understanding work-related expectations.
