Mounting Horizons (MHI) will present Living Well in the Community (LWC) Peer Supported workshops about setting and working on quality-of-life goals. Physical Activity is Week 9 of 11.Regular physical activity helps everyone stay healthy, manage health conditions, and maintain the strength to meet the necessities of life and achieve goals. Finding the right activities is a process, and people may need to try out a lot of things to find the activities they enjoy. With MHI Facilitator support, this session helps participants explore what activities they do now, how they feel about their activity level, and what other activities they might life to try doing.
